How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, we recommend booking as early as possible — particularly for peak season dates (October–April). Popular weekends can book out 6–12 months in advance. That said, don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up quickly — we'll always do our best to accommodate.
Do you do a site visit before the wedding?

For larger weddings or unusual sites (sloped ground, restricted access, private properties), we'll arrange a site visit to confirm sizing and access. For straightforward locations, we can often plan via photos, measurements, and a phone call.
What if it rains on our wedding day?

Our structure marquees are fully weather-resistant and designed for the Australian climate. With solid side walls fitted, you and your guests will stay completely dry. We can also discuss optional heating for cooler months.
Can we use our own florist and stylist inside the marquee?

Absolutely — in fact this is one of the biggest advantages of a marquee wedding. The structure is a blank canvas and your chosen vendors can style it completely to your vision. There are no venue restrictions on suppliers.
Do you supply tables, chairs and furniture too?

Yes — we stock a full range of event furniture including dining tables (trestle, timber banquet, hairpin), chairs (cross-back, Tolix, padded banquet), bar tables, stools, and lounge furniture. We can package furniture with your marquee hire for convenience.
What areas do you cover?

We're based in Geelong and service all of Victoria including the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Ballarat, Bendigo, and regional Victoria. We also travel interstate for larger events — just ask.
Do your marquees require council permits?

This depends on your local council and the size of the structure. We can advise you on what's typically required and our installations are always compliant with relevant safety standards. We recommend checking with your local council early in the planning process.
