Yes — for straightforward enquiries we can often give you a ballpark figure over the phone straight away. For larger events or complex setups we'll follow up with a written quote so everything is clear and documented.

There's no strict minimum — we work with events of all sizes, from a single 3×3m pagoda for a market stall through to full multi-marquee festival sites. Just tell us what you need and we'll see what we can do.

We always try. Availability depends on our schedule and stock, but give us a call if your event is coming up quickly — we've come through for clients with very little notice on more than a few occasions.

Yes — once you're happy with the quote, a deposit is required to lock in your date. We'll confirm the amount and payment details when we send through your formal booking confirmation.

Yes — all our hire includes delivery, installation, and packdown by our crew. We don't do self-collect on marquees. We want to make sure everything is installed safely and correctly, every time.

We're based in Geelong and service the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast (Torquay to Apollo Bay), Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Ballarat, Bendigo, and regional Victoria. We also do interstate events — just ask.

Yes. We hold full public liability insurance and have a V2-certified team member who can sign off on installations. Certificates of currency and compliance documentation can be provided on request — standard for council and racecourse events.
